Where can I apply the stickers
Our labels stick to almost any surface, provided the surface is clean and smooth.
The labels will not stick if surfaces are rough, have a coarse texture, are dirty, or wet while trying to apply.
Where do you ship to?
We currently only ship to Canada and the US
What are your shipping times?
Our products are custom printed and shipped directly to you. Please keep in mind that if your item is being shipped across a border this may add shipping time to your parcel due to customs clearance. We have no control of this and cannot be held responsible for any delays this may cause.
We require 1–5 business days to fulfill/process an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:
• Canada:
Letter mail, No Tracking: 2-14 business days.
Regular Parcel, Tracked: 1-10 business days.
Xpresspost: 1-3 business days.
• USA:
Letter-Post, No Tracking: 4-14 business days.
Tracked Packet: 5–13 business days.

Are your vinyl sticker dishwasher safe?
Yes, our vinyl stickers are dishwasher safe, but it is recommended top rack only. If you want to keep your vinyl stickers looking their best, we recommend lightly washing off any water bottles, cups or similar with water and a soft cloth. However, occasional dishwasher exposure will be fine. Keep in mind, even superior vinyl decals may lose their adhesive ability if constantly washed in a dishwasher.
How do I apply the iron-on labels?
PRE-TRANSFERRING INSTRUCTIONS:
Prepare the garment by ensuring the surface is clean, dry and wrinkle free.
TRANSFERRING INSTRUCTIONS:
1.Place the label on top of garment with image facing up (right reading to you).
2.Completely cover the image with the parchment paper (included in your order)
3.After making sure the iron is on its highest setting press the iron down for approximately 10-15 seconds (if your iron has a water tank for steam, make sure it's empty)
4. Repeat 2-3 times for best results.
WASHING INSTRUCTIONS:
Turn garment inside out and wash in cold water using a mild detergent. Do not use bleach. Dry on low-heat setting. Do not iron directly on the transferred area.

Cotton, Polyester, Cotton/Polyester Blends.
